Lose the Back Pain

Ever suffered from back pain? Then you owe it to yourself to check this out. The Lose the Back Pain System certainly worked for me, and very quickly too! I warmly recommend it.

Recently, I was incapacitated with lower back pain, caused by postural issues that led to muscle imbalances, which in turn had affected my skeleton. I preferred not to take pain medication and instead visited a chiropractor for the first time ever. My treatment involved being placed on a bench and massaged by a mechanical crank underneath the bench surface. After that, the chiropractor relieved the tension in my back muscles by applying a vibrator comprising a hard plastic ball-like object attached to the end of an electric drill. Finally, I was manipulated into contorted positions while the chiropractor proceeded to adjust (“crack”) my back. I always felt worse the next day so I decided to try something different. I opted for Jesse Cannone’s “Lose the Back Pain” system. After watching the first video and following the exercises I was able to diagnose that I had a slightly higher right hip caused by muscle imbalances. The second video contained the stretching exercises necessary to correct the problem and within two days my back pain was completely gone. I’m recommending this program because it worked so well for me when other procedures had failed. Hopefully it will work for you too. However, if your back pain persists you should certainly consult a physician in case there is a different underlying cause.
