Food Rules: A Guide to Healthy Eating

Michael Pollan talks about his latest guide to healthy eating, “Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual” in a lecture given at the RSA in London. He is the Knight Professor of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley and author of six books and numerous essays dealing mainly with food, nutrition and agriculture.
